We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your wall clock, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email contact@gino-timepieces.com or use our Contact page, quoting your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method.
